Today started great had a good night sleep and said goodbye to the Nishti’s and hit the road. It was a bit windy out and it took awhile for my body to get in a groove. Here it’s actually from the 4th but today is the Cinco and playing in a mariachi band was fun 🙂
LHT was feeling neglected. Here was a nice mosaic in Dana Point.
And of course the beach!
And again in San Clemente at my breakfast stop! I talked with these two old dudes for awhile and had a good time.
Then I rode by the San Onofre nucular plant which looked all ominous
But I saw these nice flowers just passed. They’re radiating 🙂
I avoided the interstate and rode through Camp Pendleton. Don’t have any pictures from here. Thought they would from on that.
Camp Pendleton dropped me off in Oceanside
Went through some more towns and ended up at Torrey Pines State Reserve beach/park
climbing this mountain
And not too far away was my hotel. No more pictures today.
Tomorrow is the last leg to the border. Kind of sad to see this end. But I think it will be a great day 🙂 I’m sure I’ll tell you about it.
