Day 6: Abbotsford to Chilliwack
I woke up this morning refreshed and ready to hit the day. After a great light breakfast and some coffee I hit the rode eastward.
it was another beautiful day with the weather being absolutely perfect (if you like sunshine, of course!) And I took a few picture along the way.
Nothing like riding on an abandoned closed rode, no need to worry about getting run over here!
It was also the first time I got on the gravel version of the Trans Canada Trail and I found it to be a great way to ride, albeit a little slower but it was nice to be by myself and just truck along with scenery.
I stop for the day in Chilliwack and grabbed a hotel for the night so I can get some things done. And who doesn’t like a jacuz?
Saturday I’m going to backtrack a little bit and stay at the Chilliwack lake campground and then come back through Chilliwack and stop in Hope on Sunday (which should be a good ride).
Keep your eye peeled for bigfeet. I see you are in Sasquatch park now.
